In May, New York State Police investigators received a report from BJ’s on Route 9 in Wappinger of a larceny, when two vacuums and a Dell desktop computer were stolen, with a value of more than $1,600.
Police said that after a four-month investigation, they identified Michael Horowitz, 27, as a suspect, and he was subsequently arrested. Horowitz was charged with a felony count of grand larceny following his arrest and he has since been released. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Wappinger Court at a later date to answer the charge.
